I checked the actual page source and, unfortunately, the pic is really very small -- there is no higher res file used. Thus, I was just only able to make the pic bigger but not clearer.

Thanks, that's a great view. It sure would have been nice to be right there at his bedside ... but the original including white borders is only 750 x 750 pixels and even the slightest enlargement degrades any details ...
